We're buying a house!

We are so excited! We were house hunting last year, but that ended in disaster, and obviously no house. We stopped looking around May or so. We were looking for jobs away from Las Vegas, but that was not in the cards for us. So, we decided, since houses are getting to be so cheap now we might as well look again. Got a really good Realtor and have been at it for the last month or so! We found a bunch that we really liked, and a bunch that were too beat up for us to even offer on (VA is picky). Anyways, there was one we loved so much, but were outbid :( It was in an awesome neighborhood, as far away from the strip as you can get. We looked at another house there and bid on it. We found out last week that we got it! We should be in our new home next month, YAY!!!!!! Then it'll be time for painting, I can't wait!!!
