Don't they look delish??

Anyways, here's what you need...
Yukon gold potatoes (I use about 5 or 6 for one casserole dish)
Real butter
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and dried parsley
And here's whatcha do...
-Heat oven to 350*
-Spray bottom and sides of casserole dish with nonstick spray
-Clean potatoes really well then slice them about 1/4 inch thick and put them in the dish, single layer
-Cut butter in smallish slices then in half and put a piece on each potato
-Sprinkle all the spices over potatoes (however much you like, I don't measure spices)
-Bake for 35-40 minutes, take out and flip the potatoes, add a little more garlic and onion and bake another 30-35 minutes until tender
We usually have these when we BBQ steaks, they make a great BBQ side! Enjoy!
*Again, not the healthiest recipe.
And a side note, we don't eat stuff like this all the time, just every once in awhile for something different!
