I am SUCH a bad blogger! I missed 2 days! Eek! I will probably miss a few days next week too. Have family coming into town for turkey day! Anywho, this recipe is brought to you by a great friend of mine, Amber. I have tweaked it a bit, but still so yummy! Since it's been so windy and a bit chilly I opted for another soup recipe. Today it's Hamburger Soup! Good stuff!
Here's your list of yummies:
2 lbs hamburger
1/2-3/4 diced onion
2-3 carrots (I use 1 bag of frozen)
2-3 celery stalks
2-3 potatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
2 pkgs Lipton onion soup mix
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes

And the easiest thing you will ever do...
-Brown hamburger in spices.
-Brown hamburger in spices.
-Mix everything in crock pot, add some water and cook all day on low.
Here's a picture of the yummy goodness called Hamburger Soup!
*This is a picture of half the recipe, before adding the potatoes. My tiny slow cooker doesn't hold the full recipe. If I do the full recipe I cook it on the stove in my soup pot!
