Day 7 recipe

Now this recipe is so easy you will probably kick yourself for not thinking of it sooner! I am about to tell you how to make the easiest chicken and dumplings ever! And yes, there is a picture today!

ok, so here's whatcha need!

Shredded chicken (I use 4 chicken breasts)
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
1 Can cream of celery soup
About 4 C chicken broth (I usually use 1 box)
2-3 tubes refrigerator biscuits (I buy the home style kind in a pack of 4)
1 carrot, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

And here's how to fix it!

-Mix the cans of soup and broth in a big stock pot
-Add the shredded chicken and sliced carrots
-Heat thoroughly
-Season as needed
-Cut the biscuits in fourths and dump them in the soup
-Cook about 20-30 minutes until biscuits are cooked
-Serve and enjoy! We usually have bolilo bread with it (best bread ever!)
