Ya know, I really need to get on the ball with the picture taking thing...oops, sorry!
Anyways, this here recipe is for some yummy, YUMMY roast! You won't want to go back to regular roast after this!
Here's whatcha need...
Chuck roast (whatever size feeds your family)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 small can tomato sauce
Whatever spices you like (I use my go to spices: Sale, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Lawry's and Cajun seasonings)
Here's how you fix it!
-Put frozen roast in crock pot (I put it in the night before, about 8PM, on low)
-Sprinkle spices all over
-Dump the cans of tomatoes, chilies and sauce over it
-Cover and cook all day (at least 8 hrs) on med-low
-Serve with mashed potatoes! (I serve corn with it too)
....Oh, if you have leftovers they make an awesome enchilada style burrito....
