Day 5 recipe

Now this recipe that I am about to post is one of the easiest things one could make AND it makes a lot! We always eat it for like 3 days, at least! And again, there are no pictures :( What a horrible recipe person I am!

Anywho, here's your list of yummies to use

4 chicken breasts, shredded
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 family size box mac and cheese
2 C shredded cheddar cheese

And here's how you fix it!

-Boil the chicken breasts in spices (same as always), cool, shred
-Boil the macaroni in the chicken broth
-When done fix mac n cheese according to directions on the box
-Mix in both soups
-Add chicken and about 1 C of cheese, mix well
-Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese
-Bake at 350* for about 35-40 minutes till hot and bubbly

I usually serve this with a salad. The leftovers are even better. I make casserole sandwiches...yes, I AM weird! I take my bread, butter it, slap some warmed up casserole on it and enjoy. It's SO good!

Oh, and any of you locals who make this should really invite me to dinner!
